Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a UKG Implementation Consultant on behalf of our client in New Jersey. This role is ideal for an experienced UKG professional with a strong background in healthcare workforce solutions, HR systems, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management. The consultant will play a key role in a large-scale UKG implementation, partnering with business stakeholders, HR teams, payroll teams, and technical resources to ensure a successful deployment and adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of UKG solutions within a healthcare environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Scheduling, and Time & Attendance.

• Translate business requirements into effective UKG configurations and system solutions.

• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and support solution design workshops with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational teams throughout project execution.

• Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.

• Assist with system integrations between UKG and other enterprise applications.

• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Investigate and resolve defects, configuration issues, and functional challenges.

• Create and maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, and testing artifacts.

• Support user training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.

• Participate in cutover planning, go-live support, and post-production stabilization efforts.

• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring UKG solutions.

• Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, HR, or related modules.

• Experience supporting end-to-end implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG solutions.

• Experience with testing, defect management, UAT support, and implementation documentation.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working in fast-paced project environments with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work onsite in New Jersey as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior UKG implementation experience within healthcare organizations.

• Experience supporting workforce management and scheduling processes in complex healthcare environments.

• Knowledge of healthcare workforce regulations, compliance requirements, and operational workflows.

• Experience working with system integrations and data migration activities.

• UKG certifications or related workforce management certifications are a plus.
