Were hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to join our Buick, GMC, Mazda, and Subaru sales teams in Washington, PA.

Whether you have experience in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role, we want to hear from you. Automotive experience is not required we provide the paid training, tools, and support you need to build a successful career in automotive sales.

What Youll Do

• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs
• Build relationships with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Explain available purchase, lease, and financing options
• Follow up with customers and develop repeat and referral business
• Complete Mazda, Subaru, and dealership product training
• Maintain strong knowledge of available vehicle inventory
• Work with the automotive sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery
