We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of Boston. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in luxury hotels, fine dining, and high-volume culinary operations, along with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
• Strong background in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or fine dining
• Experience overseeing multiple culinary outlets, banquets, and private events
• Proven success managing high-volume, scratch kitchens
• Strong financial acumen, including food costs, labor, budgeting, and inventory
• Creative approach to menu development and seasonal cuisine
• Exceptional leadership, team development, and communication skills
• Commitment to outstanding food quality, presentation, and guest experiences
