Position Parts Analyst Description PBBS is seeking a detail oriented, dedicated Parts Analyst to join our team. A successful candidate will be organized, have a mind for continuous improvement, and possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of our organization. This position reports directly to the Parts Manager. This candidate will have strong communication skills and an ability to take initiative when completing tasks. The Parts Analyst will work to ensure that our Service Technicians and our Customers have the appropriate equipment and parts needed for their Boiler Rooms. Position Requirements Essential Job Responsibilities Quote and Order parts Receive, Inventory and Distribute (fill & ship) Parts Provide support to Service Technicians and Customers Maintain inventory of in-house equipment/supplies Create Purchase Orders Provide will call support Provide daily assistance and back-up, when necessary, to the Parts Manager Occasional assistance in warehouse with upkeep and delievery of parts & equipment The above responsibilities are intended only to describe the general nature of the job, and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
