Mobile Associate Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment using digital tools, communicating effectively, educating customers and showcasing the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding. Identify customer needs and use solution‑based selling to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services, recommending wave‑centric solutions that help customers self‑serve via the T‑Mobile app. Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products, processes and system resources. Review personal results, current promotions and Hub updates to remain Customer Ready. Continuously learn and improve skills to deliver the best experience. Partner with nearby store locations to fully onboard customers, perform skills practice, share knowledge, support store operations and opening/closing procedures. Secure kiosk cabinets, lock assets, report lost keys or assets to management. Exhibit a customer‑obsessed mindset—friendly, engaging, building rapport, trust and loyalty. Drive sales activity by reaching out to potential customers, following up, capturing referrals, managing back‑order processes and building lasting relationships. Perform price overrides for specialty offers when authorized. Collaborate with leadership and teams to support the customer experience, from account set‑up to device support and account servicing. Education High School Diploma or GED (Required) Work Experience Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Customer satisfaction: Passionate advocate who balances experience and performance goals (Required) Team building: Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices (Required) Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required) Licenses and Certifications Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel Travel Required: No DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No. Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and training pay. Upon completion, promotion to Mobile Expert provides eligibility for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year.
