Human Resources Generalist

Zing Recruiting is excited to partner with a global leader in drug delivery and consumer product dispensing technologies, serving industries including beauty, personal care, food and beverage, and healthcare. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the team in Cary, IL.


Shift: 8am-430pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $30-35/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee records.
• Answer employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and HR procedures.
• Support employee relations, performance management, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with benefits, payroll, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information
• HRIS experience preferred
