Are you an experienced Physical Therapist ready for an exciting new opportunity with the potential to become permanent? We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and motivated PT with acute care experience to join a dynamic healthcare team in Riverside.

This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity , giving you the chance to step into the role, demonstrate your clinical strengths, build relationships with the team, and transition into a long-term permanent position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on recovery and functional independence.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and confidence following illness, surgery, or injury.
• Provide gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in discharge planning and help patients transition safely to the appropriate next level of care.
• Educate and encourage patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support the best possible patient outcomes.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PT WHO HAS

• Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for California licensure.
• Acute care Physical Therapy experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for helping patients achieve meaningful progress.
• The flexibility and motivation to succeed in a contract-to-permanent opportunity.
