Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the store.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly retail customer service:
- includes operating register, assisting customers, pumping full service gas, etc.
Manage inventory of the store
Oversee general maintenance of the store
Maintain cleanliness of the store inside and out
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees
Resolve escalated customer complaints

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Friendly and even temperament
