If you're passionate about technology and eager to make a difference, the EAIS unit is the perfect place for you to grow and thrive.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersRequired Skill and Experience• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application delivery• Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting workloads on Kubernetes platforms• Experience working in Agile development and DevOps environmentsunderstanding of Kubernetes architecture, pods, deployments, services, ingress, namespaces, config maps, secrets, and workload management• Experience with Docker, container image creation, image optimization, container registries, and secure image management• Working knowledge of Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, YAML configuration, and deployment automation• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar automation platforms• Familiarity with Git or other source control systems• Knowledge of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, REST APIs, relational databases, and SQL concepts• Exposure to performance tuning, observability, monitoring, logging, and production support for Kubernetes-based applications• Experience using JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE, or equivalent Kubernetes services is preferred• Analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skill and ExperienceAbility to work in global work modelAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
