Step into a contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting elementary students in a dynamic and collaborative school setting near Waukegan, IL. This full-time position spans the 2025/2026 academic year, from August 27, 2026 to June 12, 2027. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 3:45pm, enjoying a steady schedule that includes a 30 minute lunch break and two 15 minute breaks. With a dedicated 1:1 caseload at the elementary level, you’ll make a meaningful impact on a student's educational journey.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Experience providing direct ABA services within a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to follow prescribed behavior intervention plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with behavioral needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions and ABA methodologies for an elementary student as assigned
• Implement data collection and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and BCBA as part of a student-centered team
• Support the student in both classroom and community-based learning environments
• Maintain organized records and participate in team meetings as requested
