Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Chula Vista, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

• Active California RN License
• CPR and NRP certifications required
• AWHONN Advanced or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• NURCREEFM certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent specialty experience in Labor & Delivery/Women's Health
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge needs
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies.
