AdvisaCare is looking for outstanding Registered Nurse (RN) Infusion Specialists to provide care in patients’ homes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Administer infusion therapies in the home
- Draw labs and monitor/report results to physicians
- Maintain accurate medication profiles and communicate potential interactions to pharmacists and physicians
- Receive orders and coordinate patient appointments
- Check vital signs, administer therapies, and monitor patient responses
- Provide treatments including hydration, TPN, medications, and solutions
- Maintain accurate records using the EMR
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations with outside assistance when needed

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT:

- Organized and able to manage schedules and timely reports
- Reassuring and compassionate with patients of all ages
- Comfortable documenting accurately in an EMR
- RN with a state license required
- Infusion therapy experience is preferred; AdvisaCare may train an otherwise qualified candidate.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• RN with state license required.

• At least two years of clinical experience that includes training in infusion therapy.

• We will train an otherwise competent candidate.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending and reaching.

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
