BA/Scrum Master - INTL Near Shore

We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support a Scrum team delivering CRMbased solutions within the commercial software space. This role is a backfill for an existing team member who is temporarily supporting a larger Product Owner / Project Manager initiative.
The ideal candidate will split responsibilities between Agile Scrum Master duties and Business Analysis activities, working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and contact center u . The role will primarily support the Siebel CRM platform, with lighter involvement in a Salesforce B2B system.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or hybrid BA/SM
Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Handson experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Outgoing, adaptable personality with the ability to work across diverse teams


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with CRM systems (Siebel strongly preferred)
Exposure to Salesforce B2B platforms
Experience supporting contact center or customerfacing systems
Travel or hospitality industry experience
