Job Title

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Pediatrics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (up to 26 weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a pediatric patient population, working independently
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California Physical Therapist license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Pediatrics experience required – candidates without pediatric experience will not be considered
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient pediatric setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records charting system
• Prior experience in an acute care hospital outpatient setting
