About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Sales with a strong background in healthcare IT and a focus on the managed care and payer market. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and closing new client sales opportunities, with a primary emphasis on self-sourced pipeline generation. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, including the consistent use of CRM and analytics to track activities and deal status. The Executive Director of Sales will also be expected to revise and improve existing sales processes, maintain a deep understanding of the market and competition, and partner with various internal teams to refine marketing strategy and execution. Applicants must have a proven track record in selling healthcare software, RPA software, or healthcare IT services to relevant market segments. A minimum of 7 years' of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years' in the healthcare payer space, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into or alongside core administrative processing system platforms and a strong ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through self-sourced pipeline generation. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
