We're looking for a Water Technician to join our Lafayette, LA team!

Starting pay is $16-18/hour
Opportunity for quarterly bonus

Position located in Scott, LA

The Company: Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc.

The Position: We're looking for an experienced Water Technician to join our team!

Full insurance package: medical, dental, vision, and more.

Opportunities for certifications

What you'll be responsible for as a Water Technician:

Assist project manager on various construction projects
Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
Learn about different types of drying equipment
General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
Assist with demolition and reconstruction
Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:

1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have own reliable transportation
Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
Must be on call for any afterhours work that comes in.
Hard worker with attention to detail
Relationship building/maintenance skills
Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

Benefits package:

Paid vacations - 1 year - 1 week, 2 years - 2 weeks, 5 years - 3 weeks

On call rotation offers opportunities for additional compensation
