[Responsibilities]

- Ensure safe, optimal operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
- Install, wire, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control panels, automation systems, and industrial machinery
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and control circuits
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment documentation
- Lead and support process equipment installations, modifications, and commissioning
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Respond rapidly to equipment failures and emergency situations
- Maintain thorough documentation using CMMS Maximo and digital tools
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, manufacturers, and internal partners

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 2 5 years experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, automation, or facilities roles
- Strong expertise in electrical, automation, controls, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, motors, and industrial automation
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical documentation
- Ability to define problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- High school diploma or GED required

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, cGMP)
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, or similar PLCs
- Equipment maintenance experience in automated manufacturing settings
- Knowledge of documentation standards and compliance requirements
- Experience with Maximo or other CMMS platforms
