Our client isseeking anOffice Engineerfor our client's site in Elmira, NY or Binghamton, NY to provide criticalmanagement to ensure our projects stay on track.Assisting the Project Manager, you'll be supporting our client by balancing various tasks each day such as RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, and preparationand review of payments. You'll coordinate with outside agencies, contractors, and other 3rd parties regarding field activities. Here’s what you’ll need High School diploma 5 years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 million Manage all aspects of the Area Field Office Basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation, and proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications Produce and distribute Meeting Minutes, Project letters and other communications for the EICs and Area Supervisor in the Area Field Office Coordinate meetings and communications for the Office Ideally, you’ll also have Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture #EastPMCM #NorthPMCM Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
