We are currently seeking a full-time, year-round Licensed Captain to join our fleet. We're looking for a confident and capable leader who brings both seamanship and hospitality to every voyage. Requirements Minimum Requirements:
- 50-ton USCG Captain's License
- Auxiliary Sail Endorsement
- Must currently reside in Hawai?i
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Excellent communication and guest service mindset
- Maintenance awareness and troubleshooting ability
- Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
