Position Details

• Position: Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Location: Derby Assisted Living
• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

As a CMA, you will:

• Administer medications as prescribed and according to facility policies and state regulations.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration and resident observations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other team members.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification in good standing.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
• Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred but not required.
