Join a dedicated rehabilitation team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment working 8-hour day shifts with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while developing individualized treatment plans that improve functional outcomes and quality of life. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice within a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of Speech-Language Pathologist experience required
LTC or Rehab experience required
Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist License required
CCC-SLP Certification required
BLS Certification required
Active ASHA certification required
New graduates accepted with Level II clinical experience (Level I observation only not accepted)
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills required
Ability to supervise CFY candidates and Speech-Language Pathology students required
