Step into a vital role supporting students with complex medical needs in a welcoming elementary school environment near Augusta, GA. This contract opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse seeking meaningful on-site work. You’ll provide daily nursing care to a small caseload of 5–10 students, ensuring their health, safety, and access to education from 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM.

Your core responsibilities will include administering medication, conducting G-tube feedings, managing trach care and suctioning, monitoring for seizure activity, and delivering specialized support based on student-specific needs. Collaboration is key—expect to partner closely with educators, families, and healthcare providers to ensure every student receives the very best care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based nursing strongly preferred
• Proven competency supporting students with critical, complex, and medically fragile needs
• Familiarity with G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and seizure/epilepsy management is highly valued
• Full-time availability and commitment to on-site attendance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
