Per una specifica azienda del Gruppo, rafforziamo la struttura commerciale e cerchiamo un/una Area Manager Italia ed Estero, con focus prevalente sul Nord Italia e supporto allo sviluppo di alcuni mercati esteri.
La tua missione
- Sviluppare il business del brand nell’area assegnata, con responsabilità diretta su fatturato, marginalità e qualità della rete
- Gestire e far crescere una rete di agenti plurimandatari, garantendo presidio costante del territorio
- Consolidare e sviluppare i dealer esistenti e attivare nuove opportunità distributive coerenti con il posizionamento del brand
- Operare sul campo con forte orientamento alla vendita e alla relazione
- Collaborare con HQ, marketing e operations per garantire execution rapida e allineamento strategico
- Supportare, quando richiesto, attività commerciali su mercati esteri selezionati

- Esperienza pluriennale nel settore arredamento e complementi d’arredo.
- Esperienza nella gestione di reti vendita di agenti plurimandatari
- Spiccata attitudine alla vendita, leadership naturale e capacità di costruire relazioni solide
- Profilo dinamico, proattivo, energico, orientato al risultato
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese
- Inglese fluente. Seconda lingua europea preferibile
- Disponibilità a viaggiare fino all’80% del tempo
- Residenza in Lombardia o Romagna/Marche
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Inserimento in un gruppo industriale solido e strutturato
- Ruolo chiaro, con obiettivi misurabili e spazio di crescita
- Auto aziendale
- PC e cellulare aziendali
- Contesto orientato a performance, responsabilità e merito
