Meat Cutter

Responsible for meat operation including but not limited to preparing, storing, cutting, cleaning, and serving meat.

Essential functions include monitoring food distribution, cleaning and sterilizing dishes and equipment, maintaining coolers and displays, observing shift hours, giving customers friendly service, maintaining good communication with the meat manager, controlling shrink, recording hours worked, monitoring food preparation and serving, assisting in maintaining accurate bookkeeping systems, ensuring proper rotation and temperature of meat products, and following safety procedures.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: No prior experience necessary

Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
