Fine Jewelry Client Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a Front of House Client Experience Ambassador who embodies this balance—someone who is naturally warm, highly attentive, and eager to blend top‑tier hospitality with fine jewelry sales and client storytelling. Key Responsibilities Warm Welcome: Greet every visitor with genuine enthusiasm, making clients feel immediately comfortable and valued as they enter the boutique. Exceptional Hospitality: Act as the primary host, anticipating guest needs by offering premium refreshments and maintaining a smooth, inviting atmosphere. Sales & Styling: Assist clients with introductory fine jewelry discoveries, guide them through everyday capsule pieces or gifts, and gracefully transition them to dedicated Sales Advisors for bespoke designs or high-jewelry consultations. Shopify CRM Management: Look up customer profiles, update preferences (such as ring sizes, metal preferences, and anniversaries), log purchase history, and capture new client details in Shopify to maintain lifelong relationships. Boutique & Showcase Presentation: Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually stunning reception environment. Ensure fine jewelry showcases are clean, beautifully displayed, and secure at all times. Operational Coordination: Manage guest check‑ins, answer incoming inquiries, and oversee the daily scheduling of private appointments. Job Requirements The Right Attitude: Naturally empathetic, highly engaging, and passionate about celebrating client milestones with fine jewelry. Technical Aptitude: Experience navigating Shopify (or a similar POS/CRM platform) to look up profiles, manage customer accounts, and process transactions efficiently. Polished Presentation: Professional, elegant appearance combined with an open, accessible, and friendly demeanor suited for high-end retail. Commercial Mindset: Comfortable discussing precious metals and gemstones, identifying buying signals, and driving boutique sales goals without high-pressure tactics. Communication Skills: Ability to articulate brand stories, share jewelry care knowledge, and converse easily with a diverse, high-profile clientele. Adaptive Experience: Background in fine jewelry, luxury retail, upscale hospitality, or premium concierge services is highly valued.
