Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active certificate of clinical competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Ohio state SLP licensure in good standing
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with fellow educators and families
• Previous work with compensatory services and preschool-aged children is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to preschool students in group and one-on-one formats
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on IEP goals and student needs
• Conduct assessments and reassessments as required to monitor progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
