Occupational Therapist (OT) | Pediatrics

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services tailored to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and ongoing evaluations. Delivering direct therapy in various functional settings using appropriate strategies. Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure effective care. Documenting evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other reports accurately. Communicating patient progress and needs effectively with team members and stakeholders. Participating in professional development, program development, and mentoring students/interns. Qualifications and skills required: Active occupational therapy license in the practice state. Strong knowledge of age-specific factors and therapy principles. Effective communication, visual acuity, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Preferred qualifications include: 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience.
