Personal Injury - Paralegal

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Paralegal specializing in personal injury law. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced paralegals looking to work with a reputable legal team dedicated to handling complex personal injury cases. Our client values professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple cases from inception to resolution.  

salary: $21 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials.  
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.  
• Utilize Needles case management software to track case progress, document interactions, and manage deadlines.  
• Conduct legal research related to personal injury law and relevant statutes.  
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather information and schedule appointments.  
• Prepare and review summaries of medical records, bills, and other relevant case documentation.  
• Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, organizing evidence, and coordinating logistics.  
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures, deadlines, and confidentiality requirements.  
• Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations as needed.  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
