Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, eligible to practice in Virginia
• At least 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile field maintenance, and instrumentation
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the surgical suite
• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Accurately document surgical procedures and patient responses
• Deliver compassionate pre- and post-operative care and education to patients and families
