What You'll Do (Your Mission) As the Account Manager for the Kershaw County School District, you will be the primary Facilities Leader for a cluster of schools totaling nearly 500,000 cleanable square feet. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 40 employees. Your day-to-day will involve managing labor budgets in Google Sheets, conducting site audits, and maintaining "honey-over-vinegar" relationships with school administrators. As the Operations Supervisor , you will ensure that our service delivery is consistent, cost-effective, and safe, especially during our high-intensity summer cleanup programs.

What You Bring To The Team

• Leadership Excellence: 2-5 years of experience in coaching, motivating, and leading diverse teams.
• Operational Brain: Ability to forecast productivity, manage payroll (Dayforce), and handle procurement (Coupa).
• Dedication: A commitment to client satisfaction and a "whatever it takes" attitude for your team and buildings.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating Google Suites and learning new software quickly.
