Licensed Clinical Therapist

Responsibilities Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy Conduct mental health assessments and develop/implement treatment plans Maintain a minimum caseload and complete clinical documentation per company policy Provide clinical interventions to reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning Collaborate with case managers, families, medical staff, and colleagues Apply creative, evidence-based approaches to help clients meet therapeutic goals Participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training Communicate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds Uphold ethical standards and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements Report to the Clinical Director Requirements Active FL license: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD Current NPI number Valid Florida driver's license and insurability under company policy Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis-intervention skills Excellent written documentation, communication, and time-management abilities Ability to work independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Creative, innovative approach to therapy preferred Familiarity with community resources and insurance billing preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing individual, family, and group therapy while conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans.
