What You’ll Do Ensure hospice patients are comfortable and forge compassionate, meaningful connections with the people in their lives. Guide patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, maintaining trust as our highest priority. Act as a caregiver and hospice educator; make autonomous bedside care decisions, ensuring prompt comfort. Help patients and loved ones understand and embrace the palliative nature of hospice and the benefits of comfort‑focused care. Provide home care visits (4–6 per day) at private residences or assisted living/skilled nursing facilities. Attend weekly interdisciplinary team meetings at the local program office. What’s Expected From You RN license with at least two years of nursing experience. Reliable transportation. Traits: Commitment, Compassion, and a Can‑do Attitude.
