Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life. Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Facilitate social activities and promote resident engagement within the community. Deliver meals to residents as needed.
