We are seeking an entry level, part time Administrative Assistant (29 hours per week) to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This position works out of our facility in Quitman, GA. Come and grow with us!

Pay is $17.00 USD/per hour

Responsibilities may include:

• Administrative support for the organization
• Warmly welcome customers/guests
• Professionally screen calls and respond to or route inquiries from external or internal sources with accurate correspondence or other messaging
• Contact customers to relay information
• Collect, review and analyze data and prepares reports, or charts or other presentation materials
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications or other specialized software
• Prepare and distribute reports or other communications
• Maintain files, databases, and archives of relevant records
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other group activities
• May support invoicing, office supply inventory, or other routine processes

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Able to work collaboratively with people
Able to accomplish daily work requirements to meet customer demands
Must be able to speak and read English
Must be able to do basic math
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally

Burton Mill Solutions is pleased to offer up to 70 hours of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) per year for this part-time position. There is no waiting period to use accrued time.

Additionally, we offer 8 paid, scheduled holidays and 1 paid floating holiday (at 4 hours per holiday for this part-time position) per calendar year.
