Day shift from 06:45 to 19:15, requiring every other weekend availability (Friday-Sunday).

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital. The RN will provide care for patients recovering from severe injuries and illnesses, focusing on their rehabilitation journey. Our specialized treatment programs cater to those with strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure.
• BLS Certification (acceptable from AHA or Red Cross).
• Minimum of 6 months of med-surg nursing experience.
