Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.

Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

Document care provided and any changes in client condition.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care delivery.

Requirements:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of North Dakota.

Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.

Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
