Join a well-established Hospital Medicine team in Springfield, OR, as a Nocturnist , working exclusively overnight shifts. This role is designed for physicians who thrive in nocturnal practice and value autonomy, strong support systems, and meaningful community impact.

• Nocturnist position with exclusive overnight shifts

• Join a cohesive team of 14 clinicians, including nine physicians and five advanced practice providers

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Compensation:

• $360,000+ with c omprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, annual CME allowance
