- **Enfield, NH 03748** — Pediatric G-tube, Thu-Fri, 8am-8pm, involves morning hours at home, school hours, and end-of-day home hours, LPN: ~$30-$35, RN: ~$40-$46 

- **Claremont, NH 03603** — Pediatric patient, G-tube, Trach, Vent, Mon-Fri, 7am-7pm (flexible hours), RN: ~$46, LPN: ~$35
