JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified preferred in EM, IM, or FM (ABEM, ABIM, ABFM)
• Licenses: Active state license, active DEA for state of application, and CSR if needed
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS (if required)
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS (required if not ABEM)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the ED, managing a daily volume of approximately 46 patients.
• Work 24-hour physician coverage shifts with 10 hours of NPPA support daily.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and over 27 specialty backup services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using McKesson - Allscripts EMR.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, including maintaining required certifications and licensure.
