Are you a motivated, competitive salesperson who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals?

Our State Farm agency is looking for a Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office sales position designed for someone who wants the opportunity to earn a strong income while building a long-term career in insurance and financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Primarily focus on outbound sales and new customer acquisition
• Follow up with warm leads provided by the agency
• Make a high volume of calls and consistently work your sales pipeline
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Follow up consistently and turn opportunities into customers
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

• Experienced in sales, preferably phone or insurance sales — but exceptional candidates without insurance experience are encouraged to apply

This Is a Sales Job

This position is not a customer service role .

The majority of your time will be spent prospecting, calling leads, quoting customers, following up, and closing business . We provide the leads, training, coaching, technology, and support — we’re looking for someone who will consistently put in the effort and turn those opportunities into sales.
