Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a Level 1 Trauma Center position requiring 3 years of OR experience and Epic proficiency.

Job Details

• Work in a large hospital OR environment with 41 operating rooms at a Level 1 Trauma Center,
• Cases include General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastics,
• Patient ratio is 1:1,
• Shift is mid-shift (10:45-23:15), 3x12-hour days, any day of the week with occasional float to 0645 or 0845 start times,
• Weekend work required per unit needs,
• No on-call requirements,
• Floating required to other OR suites within the same health system,
• Epic EMR experience required,

Job Requirements

• Active CO RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand,
• Current AHA BLS certification required,
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience required,
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center experience required,
• Epic EMR experience required,

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position,
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are subject to a local bill rate,
• RTO is capped at 10 days maximum and is not permitted during the following blackout periods: June 28-July 9, July 9-September 2, September 2-12, and October 25-November 4,
• 13-week contract
