Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects throughout the regional market. This is an opportunity for a Superintendent who wants autonomy, strong project support, and a company that values quality construction and its people. Company truck + gas card will be provided. Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite Monitor quality, schedule, manpower, and overall project progress Communicate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors Conduct regular jobsite meetings and maintain project documentation Qualifications: Be homebased in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky/Dayton area 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience Ground up Commercial Projects $5-100M Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and scheduling Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 and construction-related certifications are a plus Why Join?
