Picker/Packer - 2nd ShiftEaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Picker/Packer - 2nd shift. The core hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm. The hourly rate for this position is $18.22/hour plus $1.00/hr shift differential per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What You'll Do:The Picker/Packer is responsible for support distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner. The Picker/Packer will interact closely with our automated system Autostore to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and optimize order fulfillment processes.Receive and put away incoming products with our cutting-edge AutoStore system to locate and select finished goods for processing customer ordersOperate warehouse picking, cycle counting, and put away by interfacing with automated equipmentLocate and select finished goods to process customer ordersClimb ladders, use barcode scanners, touchscreen, and keyboards on computers to complete inventory transactionsSpecial labeling, and palletizing finished goods for transportPerform dunnage operations as neededReceive and put away incoming productStage cardboard boxesPerform pallet-jack operationsResponsible for quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirementsKeep work area clean and orderly in accordance to Eaton's 5-S procedures. Follow all safety protocols and practicesWorks in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectivesQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:High School diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of Ellisville (50 miles) will be considered for this position.A minimum of one (1) year computer experience.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
