Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to join a team. - Retain existing accounts by delivering exceptional service and meeting production goals.
- Conduct client visits, renewal strategy meetings, and presentations to C-suite and board-level decision-makers.
- Stay informed on insurance industry trends, market developments, and coverage options.
- Represent the company and promote the insurance industry within the community.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Property/Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales pipeline management, and client relationship management. Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and centers of influence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
