HR Director of the Americas Region

We are looking for someone who needs a deep understanding of the Americas market, capable of overseeing overall HR operations across the region, ensuring compliance in U.S. business operations, and actively contributing to strategic support for management and operations in the Americas.

Responsibilities

1. Actively participate in the business decision-making, business expansion, regional structure adjustment, and business strategy implementation of the Americas region; from the perspective of an executive business partner, provide organizational planning, human resource cost control, core cadre allocation, and team layout solutions, deeply integrating with business operation goals, and empowering regional business growth and organizational upgrading.
2. Coordinate the compliance of employment across the federal level and across various state jurisdictions, as well as labor relations, employee benefits, employment risks, and the entire process of regional human resources legal and financial management; operate a standardized regional human resources compliance system to avoid labor arbitration, employment litigation, and regional regulatory risks; adapt to the differentiated policy requirements of multiple states to ensure the compliant and stable operation of all regional personnel and all business lines.
3. Align the COE system of the group headquarters with the regional talent inventory, executive succession, annual performance, job level promotion, and cadre rotation throughout the process; coordinate the management of the Chinese expatriate management team and the local American employees' team, promote cross-cultural integration, retain core key personnel, and build and optimize the middle and senior management team. xhyhwjd

Qualifications

• Core mandatory requirements: Deeply penetrate the domestic market in the United States, proficient in U.S. federal and multi-state labor laws, handling labor disputes, local salary and benefits regulations, cross-cultural human resource management, and familiar with U.S. employment regulations and business compliance rules for enterprises.
