Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Hollister, CA | 2026–2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Hollister, California for the 2026–2027 school year. We are welcoming applications from both experienced SLPs with their CCCs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) looking to begin their careers in a collaborative school-based setting.

Position Details:

Full-time position
2026–2027 school year
Onsite role
K–12 caseload (specific assignment discussed during interview)
Supportive district and multidisciplinary team
Mentorship available for Clinical Fellows

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct and indirect therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
ASHA CCCs preferred
Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
School-based experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

$55–$65+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
