Epic Beaker Application Analyst

To support the deployment and management of the Maestro Care (Epic) Electronic Health Record (EHR) for the Beaker module, the full-time remote Epic Beaker Application Analyst will be responsible for development, testing, and post-implementation support while collaborating with users and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manage the deployment, testing, and support of the Maestro Care Beaker application, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows Provide training and support to end-users and team members, developing educational materials and documentation Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues, recommending process improvements and ensuring system functionality meets user requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field or four years of equivalent technical experience Epic proficiency in application support required within the defined timeline One to two years of related experience for Level 1; three to five years of experience for Level 2, with clinical laboratory experience strongly recommended Ability to develop and document system and user procedures Experience with project management and quality assurance processes
