Sr. Manager, Applied AI Engineering

Shape the future of enterprise AI at Bio-Rad as the Senior Manager, Applied AI Engineering. Reporting to the Director of Emerging Technologies(AI/Automation), you'll lead the technical execution of Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Automation AI solutions across global business functions. From building intelligent agent-based systems and RAG pipelines to deploying production ML models with robust monitoring for drift detection and continuous improvement, you'll transform cutting-edge AI innovations into practical, high-impact enterprise solutions. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations.
