Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
LTC Therapy: Harwich | Harwich, MA
$33–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

LTC Therapy is looking for a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation program in Harwich, MA. You'll work alongside an experienced Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to help residents strengthen everyday skills and maximize their functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Track resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts COTA license required
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
