Driver CDL

Job Description Driver CDL at Mondelēz International / Nabisco, located in Nashville, TN . This position supports the transportation of products across multiple states, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 12 pm–2 am 3rd shift (10 hrs per shift, 40–50 hrs per week). Principal location: 5600 East Division St, Mt. Juliet, TN. Services areas include Middle Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, Northern Alabama, and Southern Indiana. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all procedures and conduct regular safety checks on equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.). Complete daily field service activities, including receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records. Perform all duties as directed by the Route Manager or Dispatch. Qualifications Valid CDL‑Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience. Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for access to federal facilities). Past experience in direct store delivery (DSD) is preferred. Must pass drug test, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and background check. FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required. Customer‑oriented attitude, proficiency with a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD), and ability to use a scanner for deliveries. Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and work schedules. Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations, and basic understanding of temperature‑controlled food transportation. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $32 per hour. Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) bonus.
